Meet the Author: 

I’m Alan Heary, and I know how difficult it is to stay motivated when life gets busy, stressful, or overwhelming. I’ve felt it myself, whether training for  cycling events, running my business, or trying to stay consistent with my own goals. Over the years, I’ve also worked with world champions, business leaders, and people simply trying to stay on track, and one thing became clear: no matter the level, everyone struggles with motivation at times. That’s why I’ve focused on what actually works in the real world. This book brings together what I’ve learned through both personal experience and working with others, to help you stay consistent, push through low moments, and keep moving forward, especially on the days when you don’t feel like it.
